Access to a private beach and boat launch. There is a firepit area behind the property. There is a comfortable living, dining, kitchen area. The front deck has a filtered view looking out on to First Lake. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a full bed with a twin lofts and share the second bathroom.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
